Ordering & Shipping

How orders are placed, dispatched, and delivered.

Reviva ships across the UAE and the wider GCC. If you are ordering from outside the region, contact us first and we will confirm whether delivery to your location is possible before you place an order.

Domestic UAE orders typically arrive within a few business days, with GCC destinations taking slightly longer depending on the courier and customs clearance. You will receive tracking and next-step details once your order is confirmed.

Compounds that benefit from temperature control are packed with insulated materials and cold packs where appropriate, so they remain stable in transit. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the short duration of shipping.

Quality & Testing

How purity is verified and documented.

Yes. Identity and purity are verified by independent laboratories rather than graded in-house, so the results you receive come from an impartial source. Reviva maintains a minimum purity target of 99%.

A Certificate of Analysis is issued per batch and published in our lab results library, where you can review HPLC and mass-spec results by product before you order. If a specific batch isn't online yet, reach out and we'll share it.

Purity and identity are confirmed using HPLC and mass spectrometry — HPLC quantifies how much of the sample is the target compound, while mass spectrometry confirms it is the correct molecule. See how every batch is verified.

No. Reviva products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, or any form of in vivo application. They are supplied solely for in vitro research and laboratory use.

Storage & Handling

Keeping compounds stable before and after reconstitution.

Once reconstituted, vials should be refrigerated and protected from light. The Reconstitution guide walks through diluent choice, handling, and labelling.

Stored correctly, lyophilized peptides remain stable for extended periods when frozen. Reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, a vial is generally usable for up to ~28 days refrigerated — and often longer, around 1–3 months, when kept sterile and the solution stays clear. Discard it if it turns cloudy, gel-like, or shows particulates, and for longer storage aliquot and freeze.
