The binding research-use-only disclaimer governing every product, communication, and interaction with Reviva. This is the same disclaimer presented when you first enter the site.

Definitions

For purposes of this Policy:

“Platform”: means reviva.ae, any successor website, Shopify storefront, customer portal, Telegram channel, social media account, email communication, live chat service, mobile application, payment links, quotation acceptance systems, and any other digital service operated by Reviva.
“Products”: means peptides, compounds, bacteriostatic water, laboratory supplies, research materials, reference standards, and related products sold by Reviva.

1. Research Use Only

All products, compounds, materials, information, and content provided by Reviva are intended strictly for research, laboratory, analytical, and educational purposes only. Products offered by Reviva are not intended for human consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, or any other use prohibited by applicable law. No product sold by Reviva has been evaluated, approved, authorized, licensed, registered, cleared, or certified for human or veterinary use by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH), Gulf Health Council (GHC), Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), Bahrain National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA), Kuwait Ministry of Health, Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), Oman Ministry of Health, or any comparable regulatory authority unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing provided by Reviva constitutes medical advice, healthcare advice, pharmaceutical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescribing information, or professional guidance of any kind. No physician-patient, pharmacist-patient, practitioner-patient, or other professional relationship is created through interaction with Reviva.

3. Independent Professional Consultation Required

All products are supplied entirely at the purchaser's own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reviva, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from or related to: the purchase or possession of any product; reliance upon any information provided by Reviva; misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized use of any product; regulatory actions, seizures, customs issues, import restrictions, or legal consequences; or personal injury, illness, death, property damage, financial loss, business interruption, or any other outcome arising from product use or misuse. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for all consequences associated with the products supplied.

6. Regulatory Compliance

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws governing the purchase, importation, exportation, possession, storage, transportation, and use of any product. Reviva makes no representation or warranty regarding the legal status of any product in any jurisdiction. Products are offered solely for lawful research and educational purposes where permitted by law.

7. Content, Publications, and Educational Materials

All content published or distributed by Reviva, including websites, blogs, social media posts, videos, articles, newsletters, emails, graphics, educational materials, and direct communications, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Such content should not be interpreted as medical advice, treatment guidance, health recommendations, dosing instructions, or claims regarding safety, efficacy, or intended human use. Any reliance upon such content is undertaken solely at the user's own risk.

8. Age Requirement

By purchasing products from Reviva, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise engaging with Reviva, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law. Individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from accessing or purchasing products from Reviva.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Reviva's website, viewing its content, communicating with Reviva, requesting information, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with Reviva in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this disclaimer and any related terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all Reviva services, content, and products. This disclaimer forms part of Reviva's Terms of Service and related policies.

10. Right to Modify

Reviva reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Reviva's services, content, or products following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
