Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
When cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements are possible given the research-use nature of our Products.

Definitions
For purposes of this Policy:
- “Platform”
- means reviva.ae, any successor website, Shopify storefront, customer portal, Telegram channel, social media account, email communication, live chat service, mobile application, payment links, quotation acceptance systems, and any other digital service operated by Reviva.
- “Products”
- means peptides, compounds, bacteriostatic water, laboratory supplies, research materials, reference standards, and related products sold by Reviva.
1. General Policy
1.1 All Sales Final
Due to the nature of Reviva’s products, including research peptides, compounds, bacteriostatic water, laboratory materials, and related research-use products, all sales are generally final.
Returns are not accepted except as expressly provided in this Policy.
1.2 Product Integrity
Reviva cannot verify storage conditions, handling practices, chain of custody, environmental exposure, transportation conditions, or product integrity once products leave Reviva’s possession and control.
Accordingly, returned products cannot be restocked, resold, redistributed, or reintroduced into inventory.
1.3 Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical, educational, and research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
1.4 Policy Relationship
This Policy should be read together with Reviva’s Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Research Use Disclaimer. In the event of any conflict, Reviva reserves the right to determine the applicable policy at its sole discretion.
2. Order Cancellations
2.1 Customer Cancellation Requests
Orders may be cancelled without charge if a cancellation request is received before the order has entered processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch.
Cancellation requests may be submitted through any official Reviva support channel, including:
- Telegram
- Website contact forms
- Live chat services
- Any other communication channel officially operated by Reviva
Receipt of a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Cancellation requests are subject to order status at the time the request is received and reviewed by Reviva.
2.2 Orders Already in Processing
Once an order has entered fulfillment, packaging, processing, shipment preparation, or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible and any request shall be reviewed solely at Reviva’s discretion.
2.3 Dispatched Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been transferred to a shipping carrier.
2.4 Reviva Cancellation Rights
Reviva reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, suspend, modify, or cancel any order prior to dispatch and issue a refund where appropriate.
Reasons may include, without limitation:
- Suspected fraud
- Compliance concerns
- Verification issues
- Regulatory restrictions
- Inventory discrepancies
- Pricing errors
- Payment disputes
- Operational requirements
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
3.1 Reporting Timeframe
Customers must notify Reviva within seven (7) calendar days of delivery if:
- Products arrive damaged.
- Products arrive with broken seals.
- Products arrive materially defective.
- An incorrect product was supplied.
- A shipment arrives incomplete.
3.2 Evidence Requirements
To evaluate a claim, customers must provide:
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging.
- Clear photographs of the shipping label.
- Clear photographs of the affected products.
- Clear photographs of any damage or defect.
- Order details sufficient to identify the shipment.
3.3 Retention Requirement
Customers must retain all packaging materials, shipping materials, and affected products until the claim has been fully resolved.
3.4 Investigation Rights
Reviva reserves the right to investigate all claims and may request additional photographs, documentation, information, or evidence before making a determination.
3.5 Failure to Comply
Failure to comply with reporting requirements, evidence requirements, or investigation requests may result in denial of the claim.
3.6 Approved Claims
Where a claim is approved, Reviva may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
- Replacement product.
- Store credit.
- Refund to the original payment method.
The selected remedy shall constitute the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
3.7 Product Testing Variability
Research products may exhibit expected manufacturing tolerances, minor cosmetic variations, labeling differences, packaging changes, or batch-to-batch variations that do not affect product identity or intended research purpose.
Such variations shall not constitute defects.
3.8 Independent Laboratory Testing Variability
Customers acknowledge that independent laboratories may produce different analytical results due to differences in testing methodology, equipment, calibration standards, sample preparation, storage conditions, environmental factors, and analytical procedures. Such differences alone shall not constitute evidence of defect, misrepresentation, or non-conformity.
4. Lost, Stolen, and Missing Shipments
4.1 Lost Shipments
A shipment shall not be considered lost until the carrier has completed its investigation and formally declared the shipment lost.
4.2 Carrier Investigations
Customers agree to cooperate fully with any carrier investigation and provide any information reasonably requested by Reviva or the carrier.
4.3 Delivered Packages
Reviva shall not be liable for shipments that are marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Misplaced
- Missing
- Unavailable
4.4 Carrier Liability
Any compensation relating to lost shipments shall be limited to amounts recoverable from the carrier, where applicable.
4.5 Delivery Delays
Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, local delivery services, public holidays, or other factors beyond Reviva’s control shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, replacement, or compensation.
5. No Refunds, Replacements, Store Credits, or Compensation
Refunds, replacements, store credits, or compensation shall not be provided for:
- Change of mind.
- Accidental purchases.
- Ordering the wrong product.
- Misreading product specifications.
- Misunderstanding product descriptions.
- Incorrect dosage assumptions.
- Research outcomes.
- Experimental results.
- Personal expectations.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Customs delays.
- Customs inspections.
- Customs seizures.
- Import refusals.
- Regulatory actions.
- Product confiscations.
- Product detentions.
- Packages marked as delivered.
- Products opened after delivery.
- Broken tamper-evident seals.
- Products transferred to third parties.
- Improper storage after delivery.
- Improper handling after delivery.
- Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions after delivery.
- Failure to provide required documentation.
- Failure to follow claim procedures.
- Failure to comply with Reviva policies.
5.2 Human or Veterinary Use
Products sold by Reviva are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Claims arising from human consumption, administration, experimentation, self-administration, veterinary administration, or any use inconsistent with Reviva’s Research Use Disclaimer are strictly excluded from eligibility for refunds, replacements, store credits, or compensation.
6. Customs Seizures and Regulatory Actions
6.1 Shipping Policy Applies
Customs-related issues are governed by Reviva’s Shipping Policy.
6.2 No Guarantee of Customs Clearance
Reviva makes no representation or guarantee that any shipment will successfully clear customs or be permitted entry into any jurisdiction.
6.3 No Cash Refunds
Cash refunds shall not be issued for:
- Customs seizures
- Import refusals
- Customs detentions
- Regulatory actions
- Product confiscations
- Product destruction by authorities
6.4 Goodwill Assistance
Any reshipment, store credit, replacement, discount, or assistance offered in connection with customs issues shall be entirely discretionary and subject to Reviva’s Shipping Policy.
6.5 Exclusive Remedy
Any goodwill assistance provided by Reviva shall constitute the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
7.1 Contact Requirement
Customers agree to contact Reviva through an official support channel before initiating any chargeback, dispute, claim, reversal, or payment complaint.
7.2 Good Faith Resolution
Customers agree to provide Reviva a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
7.3 Fraudulent or Abusive Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback after:
- Receiving products,
- Receiving tracking information,
- Receiving an approved resolution,
- Failing to communicate with Reviva,
- Or otherwise acting in bad faith,
may constitute abusive or fraudulent conduct.
7.4 Reviva Remedies
Reviva reserves the right to:
- Permanently suspend customer accounts.
- Refuse future orders.
- Restrict future payment methods.
- Recover chargeback fees.
- Recover administrative expenses.
- Recover collection costs.
- Recover reasonable legal expenses.
- Pursue collection efforts where permitted by law.
7.5 Fraud Prevention Services
Reviva reserves the right to provide information regarding abusive chargebacks to payment processors, fraud prevention services, legal representatives, financial institutions, and law enforcement authorities where appropriate and legally permitted.
8. Processing of Approved Refunds
8.1 Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be processed within fourteen (14) business days following approval.
8.2 Original Payment Method
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise determined by Reviva.
8.3 Financial Institution Delays
Actual posting times depend on banks, card issuers, payment processors, cryptocurrency networks, and financial institutions and are outside Reviva’s control.
8.4 Partial Refunds
Where only part of an order is eligible for refund, Reviva reserves the right to issue a partial refund corresponding only to the affected products.
9. Limitation of Remedies
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any replacement, refund, store credit, or other remedy offered by Reviva under this Policy shall constitute the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
Under no circumstances shall Reviva be liable for:
- Consequential damages
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Research costs
- Laboratory costs
- Shipping costs incurred by third parties
- Any incidental or special damages
