Platform Use & Acceptable Use Policy
The license to use the Platform, acceptable-use rules, prohibited conduct, and Reviva’s enforcement rights.

Definitions
For purposes of this Policy:
- “Platform”
- means reviva.ae, any successor website, Shopify storefront, customer portal, Telegram channel, social media account, email communication, live chat service, mobile application, payment links, quotation acceptance systems, and any other digital service operated by Reviva.
- “Products”
- means peptides, compounds, bacteriostatic water, laboratory supplies, research materials, reference standards, and related products sold by Reviva.
1. License to Use the Platform
1.1 Limited License
Reviva LLC (“Reviva”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use reviva.ae, official communication channels, social media accounts, educational content, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy.
1.2 No Ownership Rights
Access to the Platform does not transfer any ownership rights in any content, software, branding, intellectual property, documentation, media, or materials made available by Reviva.
2. Research Use Only Content
2.1 Educational Information
All content published on the Platform is provided for informational, educational, and research purposes only.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes:
- Medical advice
- Healthcare advice
- Pharmaceutical advice
- Treatment recommendations
- Diagnostic guidance
- Prescribing information
- Veterinary advice
2.2 No Human Use Content
Users may not use the Platform to seek, promote, encourage, advertise, coordinate, or facilitate human consumption, administration, dosing, treatment protocols, or veterinary use of Products.
Reviva reserves the right to remove content, terminate communications, or restrict access where such activity is identified.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not, directly or indirectly:

3.2 Misrepresentation

- Attempt to obtain Products for human consumption.
- Attempt to obtain Products for veterinary use.
- Promote or encourage prohibited uses of Products.
- Request medical advice from Reviva.
3.4 Platform Abuse
- Interfere with Platform operations.
- Circumvent security measures.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Exploit vulnerabilities.
- Conduct penetration testing without written authorization.
- Introduce malicious code.
- Disrupt servers or infrastructure.
3.5 Automated Access
Without prior written authorization, users may not:
- Scrape content.
- Harvest data.
- Data-mine information.
- Use bots.
- Use automated crawlers.
- Use automated purchasing tools.
- Use AI agents to collect Platform content at scale.
3.6 Fraudulent Activity
- Submit fake orders.
- Submit fraudulent transactions.
- Abuse refund procedures.
- Abuse chargeback processes.
- Submit false claims.
- Manipulate reviews.
- Engage in deceptive conduct.
3.7 Reputation Abuse
Users shall not:
- Publish knowingly false statements regarding Reviva.
- Impersonate Reviva personnel.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Reviva.
- Create fake reviews or testimonials.
- Misuse Reviva branding or intellectual property.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
All Platform content is owned by Reviva or its licensors, including:
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Product names
- Branding
- Graphics
- Images
- Videos
- Educational materials
- Product descriptions
- COAs
- Laboratory reports
- Research summaries
- Documentation
- Software
- Website design
4.2 Restrictions
Users may not:
- Reproduce content.
- Republish content.
- Sell content.
- Distribute content.
- Modify content.
- Create derivative works.
- Use content for commercial purposes.

4.3 Trademark Rights
REVIVA®, Reviva, and associated branding are proprietary trademarks and may not be used without express written permission.
5. User Accounts
5.1 Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities occurring under their accounts.
5.2 Security Notifications
Users must immediately notify Reviva of any suspected unauthorized access, account compromise, or security incident.
5.3 Account Restrictions
Reviva reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate any account at any time and for any reason.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
6.1 Third-Party Content
The Platform may contain links to:
- Laboratories
- Courier providers
- Payment processors
- Educational resources
- Social media platforms
- Third-party websites
- Shopify Payments
- Stripe
- Crypto processors
- Other payment processors
Reviva does not control or endorse third-party content unless expressly stated.
6.2 No Responsibility
Reviva is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, security, or content of third-party services.
7. Availability and Technical Operations
7.1 No Guarantee of Availability
Reviva does not guarantee that the Platform will be:
- Uninterrupted
- Error-free
- Secure
- Available at all times
- Free from harmful components
7.2 Maintenance
Reviva may suspend, modify, update, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Platform at any time without notice.
7.3 Technical Issues
Reviva shall not be liable for losses arising from:
- Downtime
- Service interruptions
- Connectivity issues
- Data loss
- Technical failures
8. Monitoring and Enforcement
8.1 Monitoring Rights
Reviva reserves the right to monitor Platform usage for security, fraud prevention, compliance, and operational purposes.
Electronic records maintained by Reviva, including IP addresses, device identifiers, account logs, support records, payment records, communication records, and order histories may be used to investigate violations of this Policy and enforce Reviva’s rights.
8.2 Enforcement Actions
Reviva may:
- Restrict access.
- Suspend accounts.
- Block IP addresses.
- Block VPN services.
- Restrict jurisdictions.
- Remove content.
- Refuse service.
- Report activity to authorities.
where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, customers, business operations, or legal rights.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination Rights
Reviva may suspend or terminate access to the Platform immediately and without notice for violations of this Policy or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
