Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, “Buyer”, or “you”) and Reviva LLC, a company established in Dubai Mainland, United Arab Emirates (“Reviva”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, browsing, creating an account, communicating with Reviva, placing an order, viewing content, or otherwise using any website, platform, application, social media account, communication channel, or service operated by Reviva (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from purchasing Products. Reviva reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You further represent that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating accounts, submitting inquiries, or placing orders. Reviva reserves the right to request age verification, identity verification, business verification, or supporting documentation at any time and may refuse service if such documentation is not provided.

All peptides, compounds, reference materials, bacteriostatic water, laboratory supplies, and related products sold by Reviva (“Products”) are intended strictly for laboratory, analytical, educational, and research purposes only.

Products are not pharmaceuticals, prescription medications, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or veterinary medicines. Products are not intended for human consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical administration, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, disease prevention, or veterinary administration.

Products sold by Reviva have not been evaluated, approved, authorized, licensed, cleared, registered, or certified for human or veterinary use by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH), Gulf Health Council (GHC), Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), Bahrain National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA), Kuwait Ministry of Health, Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), Oman Ministry of Health, or any other governmental or regulatory authority unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any Certificates of Analysis (COAs), laboratory reports, chromatograms, analytical data, purity reports, potency reports, or third-party testing documentation are provided solely for informational and research purposes and do not constitute regulatory approval, certification, authorization, endorsement, or guarantee.

By purchasing Products from Reviva, you acknowledge that Products are purchased solely for lawful research purposes and will not be used in humans or animals.

All prices displayed by Reviva are exclusive of shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and governmental fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Reviva reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order at any time and for any reason, including suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, stock limitations, pricing errors, compliance concerns, or violations of these Terms.

Orders may be submitted through the Platform, Shopify storefronts, Telegram ordering systems, customer portals, payment links, quotations, invoices, or other sales channels operated by Reviva.

Payment must be successfully received and verified before an order is processed. Pricing, inventory, typographical, product description, and technical errors may be corrected without notice.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customers are solely responsible for determining and complying with all import, export, customs, licensing, tax, and regulatory requirements applicable to their jurisdiction.

Reviva shall not be responsible for customs delays, inspections, seizures, confiscations, import refusals, regulatory actions, or destruction of Products by authorities.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer immediately upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Customers acknowledge that customs clearance, import approval, regulatory review, and final delivery are outside Reviva’s control once a shipment has been delivered to the carrier.

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are generally final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Claims regarding damaged shipments or incorrect products must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. Cancellation requests may be considered prior to shipment but cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

You agree that you shall not:

• Use Products in humans or animals.
• Resell Products for human consumption.
• Misrepresent the intended purpose of Products.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit false information.
• Circumvent age verification requirements.
• Interfere with Platform operations.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Reviva systems.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Platform content without authorization.

Reviva may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Customers agree to contact Reviva before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Initiating a chargeback after receiving Products or after a dispute has been reasonably resolved may constitute abusive or fraudulent conduct.

Reviva reserves the right to pursue collection efforts, legal remedies, administrative costs, chargeback fees, and reasonable legal expenses arising from abusive or fraudulent chargebacks. Accounts involved in abusive payment disputes may be permanently suspended.

All trademarks, logos, branding, product names, graphics, images, videos, text, software, documentation, and content appearing on the Platform are the exclusive property of Reviva or its licensors.

No license is granted except for personal use of the Platform. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, scraping, framing, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Any COAs, laboratory reports, purity reports, chromatograms, verification reports, or analytical testing results are provided solely for informational and research purposes.

Such documents do not constitute warranties, guarantees, certifications, or assurances of fitness for any purpose. Reviva is not responsible for methodologies, interpretations, findings, or conclusions of independent testing laboratories.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Products and the Platform are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Reviva disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, reliability, and non-infringement.

No statement, communication, or content provided by Reviva shall create any warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviva, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from Product use or misuse, reliance upon Platform content, shipping issues, customs actions, regulatory actions, or third-party conduct.

In all circumstances, Reviva’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reviva and its affiliates from all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Products, violation of applicable laws, human or animal administration of Products, or claims brought by third parties related to your conduct.

Reviva reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to restrict, suspend, discontinue, refuse, or cancel the sale, shipment, or availability of any Product due to legal, regulatory, customs, payment processing, carrier, supplier, compliance, or operational considerations.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, importation, and use of Products complies with all applicable laws.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of information in accordance with Reviva’s Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that electronic communications may be used in connection with your account, orders, and support requests.

Reviva shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, customs disruptions, supply chain failures, carrier failures, cyberattacks, utility outages, war, terrorism, civil unrest, sanctions, or similar events.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms. Reviva reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or business interests.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with all referenced policies, notices, and disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reviva regarding the Platform and Products and supersede all prior understandings.
